What a wonderful Fall it has been!

In September, we welcomed Sister Preeti and Sister Ranjana to Song of the Morning for a SRF Silent Regional Retreat.  Over one hundred devotees participated and for some this was their first experience at Song of the Morning.  Many came from all over Michigan and the surrounding States and Canada.  The weekend began with a Commemorative service for Lahiri Mahasayas Birthday.  Sister Preeti led a beautiful service along with devotional kirtan from Whispers of Om as each devotee had an opportunity to honor our great Param-Guru.  

All activities were held outdoors as the weather cooperated and it was a beautiful fall weekend with the fall colors near peak. We all meditated as a group underneath a large tent that fit everyone.  It was a joy to see the Sisters interact with the devotees and you could feel the sincere devotion and gratitude for having such an event at our Song of the Morning.
